Currently, I represent employees within a large aviation industry organization. This role has provided me with invaluable tools in negotiation, advocacy, and leadership; skills that directly translate into representing and uplifting our community.

I have also had the privilege to coach high-performance teams that have competed on the world stage, where I learned the importance of teamwork, commitment, and achieving excellence together. In addition, I have owned and operated successful businesses, sharpening my entrepreneurial skills and giving me first-hand understanding of what it takes to build and sustain economic success.

My academic journey includes studies in business economics alongside Human Resources Management and Labour Relations. This foundation gives me a deep understanding of economic development and strategy, which I am ready to put to work for our district.

My experience has prepared me to unite our voices, fight for our interests, and forge clear, actionable plans that lead to results. I am dedicated to creating real career paths by bringing valuable resources directly into our community; guiding our citizens towards fulfilling opportunities and opening the support systems needed to empower them to achieve their goals.
